Founded in 1996, Bill McBrayer started Fairborn Services as a salesman for the dock seals and shelters manufacturer, Fairborn USA. Seeing a need among customers for after-market service, Bill started Fairborn Services to be a long-term partner for its customers from sales to service. Originally founded in the Cincinnati area, Fairborn Services eventually grew to new markets all around Ohio including Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus, and Toledo as well as nearby companies in Indiana and Kentucky. In 2014, Fairborn Services acquired a new office near Detroit serving Southern Michigan.
Throughout this continued growth, Fairborn invested in developing its technicians and central support staff to create a comprehensive support network for its customers. This model centers around our central pillars of Operational Excellence, We Always Make it Right, We’re all in Mentality, Developing People. Having success with this, a decision was made to enter a new region and manage operations for our sister company, Fairborn Equipment MidAtlantic (Dock Services Inc.). Now, 5 years into the merged operations, Fairborn Services is proud to work directly in 8 different states with a national account program serving all others. As we continue to grow, we stand dedicated to providing quality service to our customers.
